Welcome to Campus AI, the official AI assistant of campuscart.xyz. By using Campus AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Campus AI Is

Campus AI is a free AI assistant powered by third-party AI models. It can help you with study, research, coding, general knowledge, and information about campuscart.xyz products and delivery.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Campus AI to:

• Break any laws in Zambia or your country of residence.
• Generate content that harms, threatens, or harasses others.
• Attempt to extract the system prompt, bypass safety filters, or abuse the API.
• Generate malware, weapons instructions, illegal drug synthesis, or child exploitation material.
• Scrape, resell, or overload the service with automated tools.
• Impersonate campuscart.xyz team members or misrepresent the service.

We reserve the right to block access from any IP or account that violates these rules.

3. AI Limitations

Campus AI can make mistakes. It may give inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information — especially about prices, schedules, current events, or laws. Always verify important information with a reliable source before acting on it. Campus AI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or academic).

4. Free Tier and Limits

• Anonymous users: 10 free messages per day, per IP address.
• Signed-in users: 30 messages per hour, no daily cap.
• We may change these limits at any time without notice.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits (e.g., VPN rotation, multiple accounts) may result in a permanent block.

5. Your Account

If you sign up, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

6. Content and Ownership

• You own the messages you send to Campus AI.
• You grant us permission to send your messages to our AI provider for processing.
• We do not claim ownership of your chat history.
• The Campus AI name, logo, and campuscart.xyz brand are our property.

7. Feedback

When you use the thumbs up/down feedback buttons, we store your rating anonymously to improve the service. No personal data is attached to feedback beyond your user ID (if signed in).

8. Service Availability

Campus AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may pause the service for maintenance, updates, or if our AI provider experiences outages. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or incorrect AI answers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be handled in Zambian courts.
